1. 99% Alumina

99% alumina beads offer exceptional wear, heat, and corrosion resistance. They maintain good dimensional stability at temperatures up to 1000°C. Alumina resists oxidation and is resistant to attack by water, saline solutions, and various chemicals and acids.

2. 95% Alumina

The composition of these beads differs slightly from previous pure alumina beads, making them more cost-effective. They also offer higher wear resistance and lower heat generation.

3. Zirconia

In highly abrasive and corrosive environments, zirconia beads offer a service life two to three times that of metal or carbide beads. They are also significantly lighter than alumina beads.

Ceramic ball and socket beads are concave on one end and convex on the other. When these beads are strung or stacked on bare wire, they provide insulation while allowing the wire to bend and flex to a certain degree.
