Focusing on small factories with 3-7 workers in the Muang and Mae Tha Districts, the study involved comprehensive data collection and analysis, uncovering several critical problems such as uneven product thickness, slow slip casting flow rates, and defects occurring after firing. Through qualitative analysis, effective solutions were developed, leading to improved production techniques. Experimental trials yielded significant results, including a reduction in product thickness from 6.56 mm to 4.45 mm, a 30% increase in product output per ton of clay, and a decrease in waste due to cracking and defects, resulting in substantial financial savings for the factories. This study underscores the importance of refining production processes to boost efficiency and sustainability within the ceramic industry.
